The commandment to tikkun olam — repair the world — has long framed the attitudes and activism of the modern Jewish community. But how did our forebearers respond to the wrongs they saw around them? What role model do our prophets provide?

In this course, we will examine Jewish teachings, traditions and practices that might guide us in our obligations in dealing with injustice.
