In this class you will master the basics of preparing the best hamantaschen, rugelach, pita, challah, kubaneh, bagels and babka. From creating buttery-rich dough to the sensual pleasure of kneading, you’ll be poised to fill your kitchen with the best of our culinary past and to bake new life into the classics.
